1. All BAG&music products are guaranteed by the manufacturer for 6 months from the date of purchase. After the warranty period expires, service repairs are possible for an additional fee. In some cases warranty repairs are possible even after the expiration of the warranty period free of charge.

3. In the message it is necessary to:
- specify the model of the product
- give the approximate period of ownership of the product (the warranty period should be confirmed somehow: either by a receipt or an order number from our website or marketplaces, screenshots of orders from personal offices of marketplaces, screenshots of correspondence with our manager)
- describe the essence of the problem, attach photos and/or videos that clearly show the problem.

4. For each appeal we conduct an expert examination, based on the results of the examination we make a replacement or factory modification, or determine the cost of repair (for non-warranty cases) for further decision.
 
5. In addition, you can take advantage of the standard warranty period of any store - 2 weeks, determined by law.
